We collate school and nursery data held in the common domain which we use as a school and nursery supplier based on “Legitimate Interest”. The GDPR sets out six lawful grounds for processing, one of which is processing under the Legitimate Interests of a Controller, including those of a Controller to which the Personal Data may be disclosed, or of a Third Party. 

Emails: We only send emails promoting our products and services which we believe will be of interest and relevance to people in the context of their work. If you no longer wish to receive emails from us, we always include an easy to use unsubscribe link on our emails. If you have any difficulties using this link, please get in touch by email or phone and we will be more than happy to assist in updating your preferences or removing your details from our data.

We never share the data we have with any third party except in so far as it enables them to process a customer order on our behalf. We never have, and never will sell any data we hold to a third party and keep all files encrypted on password protected servers or computers.
